ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani has strongly condemned the Quetta carnage and termed it a ‘cowardly act’.Speaking to the media after holding talks with the Supreme Court association leaders here on Tuesday, Raza Rabbani said such cowardly acts would **t demoralise them.Rabbani stressed that the time had come for the state of Pakistan to take crucial decisions, whether tough or easy.The PPP leader said he would convey the reservations of lawyers fraternity to Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.
