Lately he's been in Sydney, Australia, where he managed to capture a rare Kangaskhan (a character apparently only available in Australia and New Zealand) and thus completing his collection of 145 Pokémon.
Johnson told Fast Company (http://www.fastcompany.com/3062581/someone-has-finally-caught-all-the-pokemon) that he found the rare Pokémon in Sydney's Hyde Park, right in front of a Tommy Bahama store.
