Apple's 'The Human Family' Ad for Rio Olympics Features Maya Angelou

Apple today launched a new ad (http://www.apple.com/iphone-6s/films/#film-human-family) in its ongoing "Shot on iPhone" campaign, this one called "The Human Family." Using words from famous poet Maya Angelou, and spoken by her too, the commercial cycles through various photos and videos of user-submitted content, with the theme of family showcasing various people from around the world.


The spot is set to be Apple's ad for the 2016 Olympic Games (https://news.fastcompany.com/apples-new-ad-is-a-maya-angelou-poem-illustrated-4015947), expected to run sometime Friday night during the opening ceremonies in Rio. The ad has also taken over Apple's home page (http://www.apple.com/).
