In New Orleans this weekend (https://www.yahoo.com/news/pokemon-statue-appears-orleans-park-110529467.html), residents of the Lower Garden neighborhood woke up to discover a gigantic 'Pokemonument' in Coliseum Musuem park. The bronze statue, probably celebrating the Pokémon Go (http://mashable.com/category/pokemon-go/) craze, appears to have put up a**nymously overnight, and police currently have ** plans to take it down.

The statue, which was placed in the middle of a broken fountain, seems to have only attracted more tourists to the affluent neighborhood.
