MIRPURKHAS: Residents of a locality foiled a kidnapping bid on Thursday by capturing one of the two suspects and handing him over to the police. According to the police, the incident occurred at the city's Gulshan-e-Haider colony where two suspected kidnappers tried to kidnap a 10 year-old.
The suspects had grabbed the boy and were on their way out of the locality when the boy screamed and attracted attention. Residents of the area managed to catch one of the two accomplices while the other got away. People subjected the suspected kidnapper to assault then handed him over to the police.
