Justin Bieber almost performed at Republican convention event for $5 million

Turns out Justin Bieber would turn down a check that big if it meant performing at a Republican National Convention event.

According to TMZ, the Canadian singer missed out on what could have been his "biggest single payday," and was told that if he were to perform, it would be **t be political.
The performance funds were raised by do**rs who were willing to pay up front, as well as to foot the production costs.*
