Joe Biden may **t be the acting Vice President much longer, but he's already got a new gig lined up.
VP Biden will appear on a forthcoming episode of NBC's long-running Law & Order: SVU.
“While in New York, the Vice President will tape an appearance on ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ on the rape kit backlog and efforts to end violence against women,” the White House said in a statement to Politico (http://www.politico.com/story/2016/07/joe-biden-law-order-226395).
Biden, who famously was a driving force behind 1994's Violence Against Women Act, has made raising awareness about ***ual assault one of his main causes the last few years.*
