'Peep Show' might get a U.S. remake and people are freaking out

LONDON — They tried twice and they failed, but this time it really looks that our American cousins will be making a U.S. version of the beloved Peep Show.*
Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong, creators of the nine-season Channel 4 comedy, will be consulting producers at Starz cable network on the project, Variety reported (http://variety.com/2016/tv/news/peep-show-american-adaptation-being-developed-at-starz-david-mitchell-robert-webb-1201824546/).*
