Bezinjo?s cousin gunned down in Hub ]

LASBELA: A personnel of Levies Force and the cousin of member Balochistan Assembly and former deputy speaker Mir Abdul Quddus Bezinjo was gunned down in Hub industrial town of Lasbela district Wednesday night. The police sources said the victim Mir Bashir Bezinjo was standing near a restaurant in Asad Chowk area of Hub town when armed men riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate firing at him, leaving him critically injured. The assailants escaped from the crime scene. The injured succumbed to his injuries on the way to a hospital. Meanwhile, two personnel of the Frontier Corps Balochistan were among seven persons who got injured in a remote- controlled bomb blast that hit a vehicle of FC in the Sariab Bridge area in Quetta Wednesday night. According to a**ther report, an ASI was gunned down on Sariab Road in Quetta Wednesday. Meanwhile, the FC carried out search operation in Dera Bugti and arrested three members of a banned outfit. The suspects whose identity was **t disclosed have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation. —Agencies
