'Fireman Sam' episode withdrawn after showing character stepping on Quran

An episode of the British cartoon Fireman Sam has been withdrawn from a streaming site after it was found that a character appears to step on a page of the Quran.
In the scene, broadcast in October 2014 on Channel 5 but only brought to attention this week, a fireman called Elvis is seen treading on a pile of papers while carrying a tray of drinks. As sheets fly into the air, a page from the Quran is "briefly depicted," Mattel said.*
