Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar on Tuesday took suo motu cognizance of the incident of the alleged murder of a criminal in Colvale Jail in **rth Goa and ordered a Sub Divisional Magistrate enquiry into the incident.Parsekar took the floor just before the beginning of question hour in the Assembly and made the an**uncement.
