There are few things that can bring a person joy after sitting through Trump's extremely long acceptance speech at the Republican convention (http://mashable.com/category/republican-national-convention/?utm_campaign=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial&utm_cid=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial). Balloons and confetti falling from the ceiling is one of them.
Unfortunately, there was a slight delay after Trump wrapped his speech, and it took a few moments for the balloons to fall. Rudy Giuliani was **t pleased.
