Apple today released the second public beta of iOS 10 to public beta testers, two weeks after releasing the first iOS 10 public beta (http://www.macrumors.com/2016/07/05/apple-seeds-ios-10-beta-2/) and just a few days after seeding the third developer beta of iOS 10 (http://www.macrumors.com/2016/07/18/apple-seeds-ios-10-beta-3-to-developers/).
Beta testers who have signed up for Apple's beta testing program will receive the iOS 10 beta update over-the-air after installing the proper certificate on their iOS device.
Those who want to be a part of Apple's beta testing program can sign up to participate through the beta testing website (https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/), which gives users access to both iOS and OS X betas.
