A video of the moment before a truck crashed into a crowd in the southern French city of Nice killing 84 people who were celebrating Bastille Day has emerged on social media.*

The footage, shot by German journalist Richard Gutjahr, shows the large van approaching Promenade Des Anglais, which was shut down to vehicles for the July 14 celebrations.*
