According to Foodbeast (http://www.foodbeast.com/news/6-horrifying-things-left-in-food-thatll-make-you-reconsider-eating-out/), Burnt Crumbs' head chef decided to amp up an ordinary grilled cheese one night because he had left-over spaghetti.
