LAHORE: Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on Sunday praised Dr Uzma, the sister of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who apologised to Maryam Nawaz but said they were waiting for an apology from Imran.
He said the PTI chief in sheer hate levelled an allegation against Maryam without any confirmation. “Imran does **t feel ashamed while accusing but shies away when tendering an apology,” Saad remarked.
He added that “Imran and company” would have to change the attitude of accusing others without investigating the matters.The minister said the railways was facing losses and he would take stern action against those involved in loot and plunder, adding that they had placed a check on status quo and would **t backtrack.He said in the past, the railways had been treated as an orphan, which enabled people loot the organisation.
