Imam-e-Kaaba cancels NPC visit due to security threat

ISLAMABAD: Imam-e-Kaaba Abdur Rahman Al-Sudais cancelled his planned visit to the National Press Club (NPC) on Sunday because of security threat. According to the NPC President Shakeel Anjum the police and security authorities told the Imam that two terrorist groups had planned to target and hit very important personalities (VIPs). Following the input, the Imam-e-Kaaba left for Saudi Arabia without visiting the press club.
