(Reuters) - Robust demand for pickups and SUVs pushed up U.S. auto sales in June but the growth fell short of estimates as General Motors , Toyota Motor Corp and Volkswagen sold fewer vehicles. Estimates from major automakers backed analysts’ projection that the U.S. industry has peaked in 2015, when a record 17.47 million vehicles were sold.http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?d=yIl2AUoC8zA (http://feeds.reuters.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?a=kgQGEYR92nY:50gQLlchPg0:yIl2AUoC8zA ) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?i=kgQGEYR92nY:50gQLlchPg0:F7zBnMyn0Lo (http://feeds.reuters.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?a=kgQGEYR92nY:50gQLlchPg0:F7zBnMyn0Lo ) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?i=kgQGEYR92nY:50gQLlchPg0:V_sGLiPBpWU (http://feeds.reuters.com/~ff/reuters/businessNews?a=kgQGEYR92nY:50gQLlchPg0:V_sGLiPBpWU )
