RAWALPINDI: Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf of the Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi Bench on Wednesday adjourned hearing of an application against Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, Lt Gen Hidayatur Rehman and Lt Gen Asim Bajawa for handing over the Angoor Adda check post to Afghanistan for indefinite period.
Applicant Lt Col ® Inamur Raheem Advocate, who is former Assistant Advocate General of Pakistan Army, in his writ petition said that Angoor Adda check post and its adjoining area has been given to the Afghan government which was against the Constitution of Pakistan as well as a bid to harm interests of Pakistan.
