When attempting to load the App Store on some devices, the Featured and Top Charts section are blank, and some users are reporting receiving "Can**t Connect to iTunes" messages when attempting to use the iTunes Store. App Store updates appear to be functional for some users despite the connectivity issues.
Apple's system status page (https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) has **t yet been updated to reflect any kind of outage and it is **t clear how many users are affected.
