Apple today told several news sites (https://techcrunch.com/2016/06/23/start-your-speculation-engines-apple-is-discontinuing-its-thunderbolt-display/) that it plans to discontinue its Thunderbolt Display (http://www.macrumors.com/roundup/displays/), which has been available for purchase online and in Apple retail stores since it was first introduced in the summer of 2011.
