3 students faint owing to heat

NANKANA SAHIB: Three students fainted owing to extensive heat on Friday.
Amina and Sana, students of sixth grade of Government Girls High School, Nankana and Asma, a student of 9th class of Government High School, Bara Ghar, fainted at their schools because of excessive heat. The city and its outskirts faced scorching heat and locals braved heat waves by remaining indoors. Bazaars, streets and roads of the city were presenting a deserted look.
OBITUARY: The aunt of a local journalist Ejaz Asif Dogar passed away at Chak 5/GB on Friday. She was laid to rest in a local graveyard.
