Blink-182's new song packs a lot of bewilderment into 14 seconds

We knew that blink-182 was due for a reinvention after founding member Tom DeLonge parted ways with the band, but on the new album, titled*California, it seems the band is committed to distilling blink-182 to its purest form.
"I want to see some naked dudes, that's why I built this pool!" Mark Hoppus croons on "Built This Pool." And that's it, as confirmed by the only other words in the song, the spoken inquiry, "Is that really it?"
