'Fire Emblem' and 'Animal Crossing' are getting the Nintendo mobile game treatment

Nintendo an**unced its next two mobile games would be based on the Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing universes, and will come out this fall. Nintendo an**unced the two games at its quarterly financial briefing in Kyoto, Japan Wednesday.

According to a press release, both titles will be "pure game applications," and they will tie in closely with Nintendo's releases in that ******. That likely includes Fire Emblem: Fates, released in February in America, and Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, which came out in September. Both have sold well on the 3DS handheld; Happy Home Designer*sold 3.04 million units worldwide, and Fates'*two versions sold 1.84 million. Read more...
