Prince's sister files to be estate executor, says he didn't leave a will

LOS ANGELES — Prince's younger sister Tyka Nelson filed to become executor of his estate Tuesday, saying in court documents obtained by Mashable that the musical icon did **t leave a will — setting up what could become a complicated tangle to distribute his considerable assets.
Filed Tuesday in District Court in Carver County, Minnesota, the documents ask that Bremer Trust, a St. Cloud-based wealth management company that had been handling Prince's riches for years, be named temporary administrator.
