Powerful winds whip through Tokyo, tear down scaffolding on 9-storey building

Just days after violent earthquakes hit southern Japan (http://mashable.com/2016/04/15/japan-earthquake-landslide-photos/), the country's capital city of Tokyo is dealing with powerful gusts of wind.

On Sunday, people passing through Seiseki Sakuragaoka station got a shock when the winds picked up and brought down the scaffolding and facade of a nearby nine-storey building that was under construction.
Japanese Twitter users have since shared pics and videos of the building swaying and the extent of the damage.
Although ** injuries were reported, people were visibly shaken by the frightening scene that put Mother Nature's wrath on full display.
