The U.S. Department of Transportation an**unced Friday (https://www.transportation.gov/briefing-room/us-dot-issues-proposed-order-**rwegian-order-international)*it is giving the low-cost carrier preliminary approval to expand routes between the U.S. and Europe, using an Irish subsidiary.*
