Islamic State Identifies Brothers as Organizers of Paris, Brussels Attacks

Islamic State on Wednesday identified what it said were the main organizers and the bomb maker of the terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels and put out a hit list for over a dozen prominent moderate Muslims in the West.
