According to The Associated Press (http://bigstory.ap.org/article/bc6582ab0ec3423ab2d9ff9129cc2f1a/lawsuit-high-school-gave-dora-actress-pass-vaping), Ptacek was suspended from her private high school after she was"caught using a vapor pen to inhale caramel-flavored water" in a bathroom at the school in December of 2015.
