BURBANK, Calif. — Go big or go home seemed to be theme of the night at MTV's 25th annual Movie Awards.
The show, which took place on Saturday evening on the Warner Bros. backlot but doesn't air on MTV until Sunday, was more of a spectacle than a traditional awards show.
Hosts Kevin Hart and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson braved light rain to take over the Burbank lot, where they entertained more than 4,000 attendees for the duration of the roughly two-and-a-half hour show.*
