Well, it appears that the ancient tradition of cheap tickets, affectionately k**wn as Tight-Arse Tuesdays, is going to be much harder to find at cinemas in Australia. Back in the good ol' days, you could score tickets to a flick for a measly A$7.50. In recent years, it has hit a high of A$13.

In a jerk move for all those people living on the cheap, Village Cinemas have an**unced (http://villagecinemas.com.au/offers/member-tuesdays) that they'll be changing the long-running promotion from Apr. 26, reserving the cheap seats for those who've signed up for their loyalty program, Village Movie Club.
