Lawyer: NYPD ******r was sleepwalking when he broke into woman's apartment

A lawyer for a New York City Police Department ******r said the ******r was sleepwalking in 2014 when he allegedly broke into a woman's apartment at night, wearing **thing but underwear.
The ******r, Eugene Donnelly, allegedly punched the woman repeatedly and then drank some milk from her kitchen before he left.
