LONDON — *When you're starting your day, a beer is probably the last thing you want. Unless, of course, you're trying the old 'hair of the dog' technique.

Well, one Scottish independent brewer is having **ne of that.

Innis & Gunn has combined its oak-aged India pale ale (IPA) with Dundee marmalade to create Marm & Ale, which they say is the world's first ever beer marmalade.*
