UPDATE 1-SunEdison being investigated by SEC on liquidity concerns-WSJ
March 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is looking into SunEdison Inc's disclosures to see if the solar company exaggerated its liquidity last year when it said it had more than $1 billion in cash, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
