‘66% of drivers in NCR & Mum are 10th pass or below’

It?s mostly the young and less educated who are engaged as cab drivers in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and Mumbai. Moreover, about 45% of them have a driving experience of up to 10 years, according to information compiled by an organisation working for road safety in India.
