Mumbai, March 22 (IANS) Terming agriculture as "absolutely critical to the country's eco**my", union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday launched the "Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana" and "Unified Package Insurance Scheme" here.
