Edu dept goofs up, weighs kids’ school bags at exam time

Education officials seem to be doing the right thing at the wrong time. They have started visiting schools to check if the weight of bags that children carry to school is within prescribed limits ? between 1.8kg and 3.4kg for classes I to VIII.
