While politicians were quick to demand that penal provision of sedition be invoked against advocate general (AG) Shreehari Aney for his remarks in support of a separate Marathwada, legal experts said Aney?s statement does **t amount to an offence of sedition and expressed concern at the frequency and frivolity with which the offence is sought, of late
