Sheikh Ahmed: ‘We will ensure families are provided with all forms of support’

In tweets this morning, the ****** quoted Sheikh Ahmed, who is also Chairman of Emirates Group, as saying: “We have taken all necessary measures in accordance with the crisis response mechanism. “We will ensure that the families of the victims are provided with all forms of support.” The Media ****** earlier said those killed in the crash at Rostov-on-Don include 44 Russians, eight Ukrainians, two Indians and one person from Uzbekistan. Vasily Golubev, the gover**r of the Rostov region some 950km south of Moscow, was quoted by Russian news agencies as telling local journalists that the plane crashed about 250m short of the runway. The cause of the crash was **t immediately determined, but Golubev said: “By all appearances, the cause of the air crash was the strongly gusting wind, approaching a hurricane level.” [email protected]
