Thane consumer forum orders builder to pay flat buyer 10,000 for harassment

Admitting a complaint by a flat buyer of deficiency in services, the Thane district consumer redressal forum has directed Lok Housing and Construction Limited to refund advance money taken from the complainant with interest at 6% per annum from 2001 and also pay compensation of Rs 20,000 as compensation for his suffering.
