Bhagwati Hospital revamp drags on, ‘makeshift’ 100-bed facility to be ready by April

After nearly a year?s delay, the first phase of Harilal Bhagwati Hospital in Borivli is complete, but woes for suburban patients are far from over. A 100-bed ?makeshift? facility is likely to be thrown open in April, even as work on the actual project of a 1,000-bed multi-specialty hospital is yet to begin
