The Mumbai police?s chargesheet against artist Chintan Upadhyay relies heavily on call data records and says that he called up his servant to confirm that his murder plan was successful. The chargesheet also relies on his servant?s statement to show his involvement in the double murder of his estranged wife Hema and her lawyer Haresh Bambhani.
