Donald Trump en a fait lui-même l’an**nce lors du débat républicain du 10 mars, le « Washington Post » l’an**nçait. C’est fait : Ben Carson, l’ancien candidat à l’investiture républicaine – il a abandonné la semaine dernière –, apporte son soutien à Donald Trump, vendredi 11 mars. Ben Carson, qui n’a remporté aucun Etat lors de sa participation aux primaires, avait an**ncé le 4 mars sa décision de mettre un terme à sa campagne. Après avoir un temps tenu tête à Donald Trump dans les intentions de vote, il avait ensuite nettement baissé dans les sondages, en raison **tamment de ce qui était perçu comme une incompétence en matière de politique étrangère.
