A very bad criminal tried to sell a stolen Emmy award on Craigslist

These thieves cleaned up at the Bad Criminal Awards.
Documentarian Brett Hansen was heartbroken when one of his **rthwest Regional Emmy (http://www.natasnw.org/**minations-Recipients/2014-51st-annual-emmy-recipients.html) statuettes (he's won two) was stolen from his apartment in Olympia, Washington. Hansen didn't expect to see the award again — and law enforcement wasn't hopeful (http://www.theolympian.com/news/local/crime/article64984357.html) either.
But they didn't count on such brash criminals.
