Pool pops out of the ground, ruining all future pool parties

Pools may rise up from the ground due to water pressure (http://www.riverpoolsandspas.com/blog/bid/31234/Can-Concrete-Gunite-Pools-Float-Crazy-Pictures) pushing up from beneath, though a valve installed in the base of the pool usually alleviates the issue.
But forget for a moment that this in-ground pool is **w an above ground pool. Focus on the fact that there are two dogs*and a cat hiding in this photo.*
That's the real story here.
