Australia's tech darling, Atlassian, has released its first diversity report with a **te stating it will do better.
Atlassian (http://mashable.com/category/atlassian/?utm_campaign=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial&utm_cid=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial), an enterprise software company that went public in the U.S. last year, publicly admitted women make up only 25% of its workforce and less than 2% of those on staff are African American.*
The report released on Tuesday (https://www.atlassian.com/diversity?tab=race)*shows much needs to be done in diversifying the company. The figures indicate the company is predominantly male and white. It is in a similar position to tech giants in the U.S., which are attempting to increase female and mi**rity hires.*
