U.S. Department of Justice asks a**ther judge to force Apple to unlock an iPhone in New York

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a motion on Monday asking the court to overrule a ruling in an iPhone unlocking case in New York.
Last week, U.S. Magistrate Judge James Orenstein in the Eastern District of New York denied the Department of Justice's request (http://mashable.com/2016/02/29/ny-apple-unlock-iphone/) to compel Apple to unlock an iPhone used in a drug case.

The government was seeking to compel Apple to unlock the phone using the All Writs Act, an argument the court rejected.
