The BEST has asked citizens to submit only suggestions and feedback on its newly launched Facebook page and **t complaints or grievances. However, commuters and a BEST committee member feel the transport undertaking should accept complaints and grievances on the page.The BEST has provided an alternative tollfree number to register complaints. BEST committee member Kedar Hombalkar said the number was ?unreachable? most of the time.
