'The female heart reacts more to stress’

Relaxation techniques such as massages would help women a great deal and even reduce their risk of getting a heart attack. This is the message from the Medical University of Vienna on the occasion of International Women?s Day on Monday. Stress has a much bigger role to play in women getting heart disease and any steps to alleviate this stress is welcome, said a press release sent out by the university.
