SEOUL, South Korea — **rth Korea has switched its nuclear ******* on standby, ready to strike at any time, state media reported on Friday.
Its*leader Kim Jong Un reportedly issued the order in a show of anger over*the recent adoption of harsh U.N. sanctions over its recent nuclear test and long-range rocket launch.
